Request for Information—IT Support

Klickitat County seeks qualified consultants or companies to perform a variety of computer and network services to augment the services provided to county departments by the IT and Budget Dept. Responses to this RFI will be used to determine the feasibility of contracting to supplement some of the services provided by county staff. Types of services may include but not limited to: HelpDesk support, system administration, or project specific support such as cluster implementation. The County operates on a Windows environment augmented with G Suite with County offices in White Salmon and Goldendale WA. Proposals shall include a general description of the company or consultant, certifications held, history of similar work, and examples of packages and pricing of services offered. Interested parties must deliver a written proposal no later than Noon, August 6, 2018 to IT and Budget, 228 W Main St MS-CH-05, Goldendale WA 98620.
