NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In the matter of amending Klickitat County Code, Title 15, Buildings & Construction, as it currently exists to adopt Title 15 in its entirety and to adopt moving the fee schedule out of Title 15 and into a separate internal “Current Fee Schedule” document.

Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners finds it necessary to set a Public Hearing date to consider making the necessary changes to Klickitat County Code, Title 15; and

Whereas, it is proposed that Title 15 of the Klickitat County Code be amended to adopt the moving of the fee schedule out of Title 15 and into a separate internal document.

Notice is hereby given that Public Hearing will be held on the 12th day of November 2019, in the office of the Board of County Commissioners at the hour of 1:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering amending Title 15.

At said hearing, any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against amending Title 15 as it currently exists.
