REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR PUBLIC DEFENSE SERVICES
2021-2022 Contract Period
Proposals, together with statements of qualifications, are requested from attorneys to represent, advise, defend in court and provide legal assistance to indigents before the Superior Court of Klickitat County, Washington for the period of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022. These services must be provided in accordance with Washington State Bar Association Standards for Indigent Defense Services, the Code of Professional Responsibility, and the best standards of the legal profession applicable to the matter. Submittals must be received by the Office of the Superior Court Judge located at the Klickitat County Courthouse, 205 S. Columbus Avenue, Room 206, Goldendale, WA 98620, on or before 5:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2020.
