Building Permit fees will increase effective October 1, 2021.  The annual increase was waived for 2020 due to COVID-19.  The new fee schedule can be found on the County website under the Building Inspection & Compliance page/Codes & Provisions/Klickitat County Code - Titles 15 & 16/Building Department Current Fee Schedule (effective 10-01-21).

Additionally, the fees for recording documents are due to increase on July 25, 2021, per RCW 36.22.15.  This will affect the fee for a Special Outbuilding Permit.
