Approval of Commissioner Meeting minutes as may be presented.

VI. (1:30): PUBLIC HEARINGS/PUBLIC MEETINGS/BID OPENINGS:
Public Hearing: Consider request for variance to allow reduction of right of way requirements for Short Plat No. SPL2005-30; Applicant: Carl McNew.
Public Hearing: Consider a variance request to reduce road right-of-way requirement for proposed Short Plat SPL2005-38; Applicant: Mary Salter.
VII. (2:00): NEW BUSINESS:
Appointment of Acting Klickitat County Auditor
VIII. (2:15): CONSENT AGENDA:
1) Small Works Contract between Klickitat County and Jay Holtman, Inc. for snow removal at the White Salmon Pioneer Center.
2) Resolution in the matter of granting a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) of 2' for non-represented employees and elected officials, excluding the Superior and District Judges and the Board of County Commissioners.
IX. (2:20): OLD BUSINESS:
Two Collectively Bargained Agreements, effective January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2008 between Klickitat County and Council 2, Washington State, Council of County and City Employees representing Local 1533, AFSCME AFL-CIO, covering: 1) Klickitat County Road/Survey Crew and 2) Road Department Supervisors.
