1) Request received from Rural Fire District No. 9 (Roosevelt) for a waiver of the building permit fees for construction of a 2,100 square foot building.
2) Authorization to purchase allowing the Assessor’s Office the purchase Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010, Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 Media, and a Dell Optiplix 980 MT computer through the Technical Services Division.
3) Amendment No. B to FFY 2010 STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program, No. F10-31103-147 between the Washington State Department of Commerce, Community Services and Housing Division, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy and Klickitat County (Prosecutor’s Office) for the purpose of adjusting line item expenses, effective September 1, 2011.
4) Notice of Public Hearing to be held Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 1:30 PM prior to granting a non exclusive Franchise Agreement between Klickitat County (Public Works Department) and the United States of America, Acting by and through the United States Department of Energy Bonneville Power Administration.
5) Scheduling a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 1:30 PM to hear public comments on proposal to amend Klickitat County Subdivisions and Short Platting Ordinance and Klickitat County code, Title 18 to clarify certain procedural questions, including the use of various exemptions, administrative appeal procedures and typographical errors.
6) County/Local Health Jurisdiction Agreement No. 1163-35251 between the State of Washington Health Care Authority, Division of Health Care Services and Klickitat County (Public Health Department) for the Medicaid Administrative Match Program, effective July 1, 2011.
