NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING FOR SHORELINE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT and SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on April 19, 2004, in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, Washington. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against an application for a shorelines conditional use permit and shorelines substantial development permit to add an electrical substation to the existing Klickitat PUD Husum Switching Station. The property is located within a portion of Section 30, T4N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (east of Husum on Shipp Road). A SEPA declaration of non-significance was issued on February 26, 2004. SEPA documents may be viewed at the County Planning Department, 228 W. Main Street, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620. Any person desiring to express their views or be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA 98620, in writing of their interest within 30 days of the last notice. The final date of publication is March 17, 2004. THE PLANNING COMMISSION may take action in the form of a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, approve with conditions, deny, table, or continue the matter to a set date and time.
