NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on June 7, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: „h CUP2004-06 Applicant: Oregon Department of Transportation, Representative: Bob Freund requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct and operate a remote radio site to facilitate public safety communication for ODOT and other state and federal governmental entities, on leased property owned by Rabanco Regional Disposal Co. The proposed site is 100¡¦ X 100¡¦, located within a portion of Section 12, T3N, R20E, W.M., Klickitat, WA (tax parcel # 03-20-1200-0004/00) (Roosevelt vicinity). The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
