BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Klickitat County, Washington IN THE MATTER OF ) TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ) TOM MILLER ROAD ) Resolution No. 13304 WHEREAS, RCW 47.48.020 authorizes road closure during construction; and WHEREAS, Klickitat County finds it necessary to close a portion of Tom Miller Road during the road reconstruction scheduled for August 2004 to October 2004 WHEREAS, the road affected by the construction process includes: Tom Miller Road, County Road Number 25100, between W. Darland Road and S.R. 142 (Milepost 0.15 to 1.25). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Tom Miller Road may be closed during the construction process. Dated this 3rd day of August, 2004.
