NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings March 7, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposals: „h CUP2005-01: Victor Kaufmann requesting for a conditional use permit to install and operate a 21¡¦ diameter 10kW residential wind turbine on a 120¡¦ guyed tower. The proposed project is located within a portion of Section 24, T3N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Schilling Road, High Prairie vicinity). „h CUP2005-02: Klickitat Co. Public Utility District requesting conditional use permit proposing to construct and operate a wastewater treatment facility for the Community of Klickitat. The proposal is located within a portion of Section 22, T4N, R13E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (713 Klickitat Avenue, Klickitat, WA). „h CUP2005-03: CWS, U.S. Cellular requesting a conditional use permit to erect a 180¡¦ self-supporting tower and construct a 12¡¦ X 20¡¦ equipment shelter. The proposed site is located within a portion of Section 1, T4N, R10E, W. M., Klickitat County WA (503 Oak Ridge Rd, White Salmon vicinity). „h CUP2005-04: Doug Rowell requesting a conditional use permit for the purpose of constructing a wine retail business. The property is located within a portion of Section 15, T6N, R23E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (1201 Alderdale Road). The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the above matter to a set time and place.
