NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing March 21, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: ZON2005-01: Applicant: Eric Ihde; Representative: Steven Andersen requesting a rezone of 1.04 acres from Suburban Residential to Residential 3 and a comprehensive plan change from Medium Density Residential to High Density Residential. The proposed rezone is located within a portion of Section 33, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Lot 27, Gorge View Estates, Phase 1, 579 Sunridge Ave, Dallesport, WA). The Planning Commission may make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
