NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DECLARE CERTAIN VEHICLES AS SURPLUS AND SET DATE FOR DISPOSAL The Board of County Commissioners, meeting in regular session, and having before it the need to declare certain county vehicles as surplus and to consider proposal to dispose of same at a public auction by the County Treasurer. Pursuant to RCW 36.34.030 the Board of County Commissioners shall hold a public hearing in the matter of the determination for declaring surplus certain county property and setting a date for disposal of same through a public sealed bid auction by the County Treasurer. Said hearing will be held on the 9th day of May, 2006 at 1:30 PM in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room located at 205 S. Columbus, Room 101, Goldendale, WA 98620 at which time any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the declaring of county property as surplus and setting a public auction for disposal.
