NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR SANDING MATERIALS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the reception desk located in the Klickitat County Public Works Department, 115 South Golden, or mailed to 228 West Main Street, Mail Stop CH-19, Goldendale, Washington until 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2006 and will be opened and publicly read at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers, 205 South Columbus, Goldendale, Washington for the purchase of the following: Sanding Materials: Small quantities delivered to various locations in Klickitat County. The bid price shall include all costs of delivery, including sales tax and any other applicable tax. Bid packets can be obtained at 115 South Golden or by calling 509-773-4616. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside, “BID TO BE OPENED AT 1:30 P.M. October 10, 2006, SANDING MATERIALS.” The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bids and to accept the one deemed to be in the best interest of the County. All erasures or changes shall be initialed. Approved this 5th day of September 2006.
