NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on June 18, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposals: • ZON2007-01: Applicant: Lon Ball requesting a rezone of 130.24 acres from Extensive Agriculture (EA-20) to Extensive Agriculture with Cluster Overlay. The property is located within a portion of Section 24, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (between Little Mountain Rd and Sunnyside Rd, Trout Lake vicinity). • ZON2007-02: Applicant: Lon Ball requesting a rezone of 79.48 acres from Extensive Agriculture (EA-20) to Extensive Agriculture with Cluster Overlay. The property is located within a portion of Section 29, T6N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Sunnyside Road, Trout Lake vicinity). • ZON2007-03: Applicant: William Maley requesting a rezone of 10.74 acres from Suburban Residential (SR) to Residential (R) and Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Residential-Medium Density to Residential-High Density. The property is located within a portion of Section 33, T2N, R 13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Lot 4, SP-91-19 and Lots 1, 2 20, 21, 25-32 and 37-40, Block C of the Plat of Dallesport). The Planning Commission may make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
