NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Commissioners will hold public hearings on August 7, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: • Applicant: Melvin Walker has submitted a Waiver Request to reduce the road right-of-way standards from 60’ to 30’ for proposed Short Plat No. SPL2007-10, and allow a 15’ wide rocked road to serve Lot 1 of the short plat. The property is located within a portion of Section 4, T3N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Pyatt Road, White Salmon vicinity). • Applicant: Patrick Patterson has submitted a Waiver Request to reduce the road right-of-way standards from 60’ to 30’ for proposed short plat. The property is located within a portion of Section 15, T5N, R15E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (655 Cedar Valley Rd., Goldendale vicinity). The Board of Commissioners may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W.
