NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Commissioners will hold a consolidated public hearing on October 28, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to consider an appeal to the environmental threshold determination for SEPA checklist No. SEP2003-22 and hear testimony from interested parties for Subdivision Application No. SUB2003-03 (Sterling Estates Subdivision). Appellants: Bruce and Marion Swanhuyser; Applicant: Wilma June McCoy and Joe McCoy. The proposal is to consider a 40 lot subdivision of a 31.46 acre parcel; located within a portion of Section 23, T3N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (White Salmon vicinity). The Board of Commissioners may uphold, deny, or remand the SEPA determination and if upheld may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the Subdivision application to a set time and place.
