NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND JOINT SESSION OF THE BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BENTON, KLICKITAT, AND YAKIMA COUNTIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Boards of County Commissioners of Benton, Klickitat, and Yakima Counties will hold a public hearing and joint session on April 27, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the Benton Public Utility District meeting room, 750 North Gap Road in Prosser, Washington. THE PURPOSES of said hearing are to hear all interested parties who wish to: • comment on the adopted Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Statement for Watershed Planning under Chapter 90.82 RCW ; and/or • testify for or against the following proposal: Watershed Management Plan, Rock-Glade Watershed (WRIA 31). THE PURPOSE of said joint session of the Boards of County Commissioners is to consider for approval the Watershed Management Plan, Rock-Glade Watershed (WRIA 31) as provided in RCW 90.82.130. The Boards of County Commissioners may approve, deny and return said watershed management plan with recommendations for change to the Water Resource Inventory Area 31 Planning Unit, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
