NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Commissioners will hold hearings on September 1, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to review an appeal by Lori Clark to SEPA threshold determination (SEP2008-28) for a rezone request (ZON2009-04) of 80 acres from Extensive Agriculture (EA-20) to Extensive Agriculture with Cluster Overlay. The property is located within a portion of Section 7, T5N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Cedar Springs Road, Trout Lake vicinity). Applicant: Herbert Steven Chubb A “closed record” hearing will be conducted for the environmental threshold appeal and an “open record” hearing for the rezone request. The Board of Commissioners may uphold or remand the SEPA determination and approve or deny the rezone request, or may continue the matter.
