Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on September 24, 2009, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2009-38 Applicant: Anthony Milewski requesting a rezone of approximately 1.5 acres, from Open Space (OS) to Rural Residential 2 (RR2), to alleviate a split zoning on a 12.33 acre parcel. The property is located within a portion of Section 28, T4N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (1105 Hwy 142, Klickitat vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., October 16, 2009. Appeals to the DNS must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
