Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued Mitigated Determinations of Non-significance (MDNS) on March 11, 2010 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: • SEP2010-07: Applicant: Klickitat County Public Works (Scott Randall, Project Engineer) requesting a conditional use permit (CUP2010-03) for rock quarry operation and pugmill operations on an 80 acre parcel. The property is located within a portion of Section 6, T5N, R21E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Matsen Rd, Bickleton vicinity). • SEP2010-08: Applicant: Klickitat County Public Works (Gordon Kelsey, Public Works Director) requesting a conditional use permit (CUP2010-04) to construct a radio tower site for emergency responders and future cellular/wireless service. The property is located within a portion of Section 21, T6N, R19E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Timber Rd, Bickleton vicinity). After review of completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS’s are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., April 2, 2010. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
