Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued Mitigated Determinations of Non-significance (MDNS) on April 15, 2010 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: • SEP2010-12: Applicant: OR RSA-US Cellular requesting a conditional use permit (CUP2010-07) to attach an antenna to existing 130’ tower and to construct pre-fabricated equipment shelter and generator for wireless service to Trout Lake area. The proposed site is an existing cell tower located within a portion of Section 7, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Flattop Mountain, Trout Lake vicinity). • SEP2010-13: Applicant: Jack & Marjorie Johnstone requesting a conditional use permit (CUP2010-06) to operate “Amulet Kennel”, raising companion dogs, service dogs, and show dogs. The number of dogs varies from 15-25 and includes three breeds (Chihuahuas, Toy Fox Terriers, and Whippets). The proposed project is located within a portion of Section 8, T4N, R18E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (52 Wheatland Dr, Goldendale vicinity). After review of completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS’s are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., May 7, 2010. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
