Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on June 10, 2010 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2010-26: Applicant: Klickitat County Public Works (Seth Scarola, EIT) constructing a 5’ wide sidewalk, curb and gutter, and a stormwater system along Keasey Ave, from Centerville Hwy to the Lyle School. The project passes through Section 34, T3N, R12E, and Section 3, T2N, R12E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Lyle, WA). After review of completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., July 2, 2010. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
