NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND MEETING FOR SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL USE PERMIT AND ISSUANCE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Commissioners will hold a public meeting at its regular meeting on February 15, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, Washington. THE PURPOSE of said meeting is to consider a substantial development use permit (SH2010-04) for Key Development to construct a 45,000 sq. ft. building and associate site development at the Bingen Marina Boat Basin. The proposed location is within a portion of Section 32, T3N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA; Lots 14 & 15 of Port of Klickitat Binding Site Plan (North Harbor Drive, Bingen, WA). Any person desiring to express their views or be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Klickitat County Planning Department in writing of their interest within 30 days of the last notice. The final date of publication is January 5, 2010. Written notice must be mailed the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, Goldendale, WA 98620. The Board of County Commissioners may take action to approve, approve with conditions, deny, table, continue the matter to a set date and time or conduct a public hearing. A SEPA Mitigated Declaration of Non-significance (MDNS - SEP2010-54) per Klickitat Environmental Ordinance No. 121084, was issued on December 30, 2010. SEPA documents may be viewed at the County Planning Department, 228 W. Main Street, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., January 21, 2011. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175.
