Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on January 13, 2011, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2011-02: Applicant: N.W. Storage, (Representative: David Ross) requesting a plat alteration (SUB2011-01) to alter and adjust lots and streets to correspond with the existing improvements. The project includes Lots 5, 7 & 8, Block A, and Lots 3-6, Block C, Plat of Fallbridge in Government Lot 4, within portions of Section 17, T2N, R15E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Bluff Road, Holzschuh Street and Main Street, Wishram, WA). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., February 4, 2011. Appeals to the DNS must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
