Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on March 28, 2011, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2011-08: Applicants: Glen Affric, LLC has requested an alteration (SPL2011-09) of Lots 1-4, SPL2006-79; an alteration of Lot 3, SPL2006-50; and a vacation of a portion of Lot 4, SPL2006-50. The project is located within a portion of Sections 6 & 7, T4N, R17E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Cragganmore Drive, Goldendale vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., April 14, 2011. Appeals to the DNS must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
