Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on April 28, 2011, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: SEP2011-09: Applicant: Rural Fire District #3, Representative: Charles Virts, Landowner: SDS Co. requesting a building permit (BLD11-0041) to install a 30,000 gal. water storage tank for fire fighting purposes. The proposed site is located within a portion of Section 35, T4N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (near the intersection of Acme Rd and Dorsey Rd, Snowden vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., May 20, 2011. Appeals to the DNS must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with the appropriate appeal fee. |
