[b]Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance[/b] Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on August 11, 2011 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2011-18: Applicant: Lyons Estate, LLC (Don Struck, Representative) requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP2011-08) to permit an existing rock pit on 2.9 acres. The property is located within a portion of Section 17, T4N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Husum vicinity). • SEP2011-19 – Applicant: Reggie Bartkowski requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP2011-09) to create a church summer camp on 200 acres including a 48’ X 80’ building. The property is located within a portion of Section 31, T4N, R18E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity). After review of completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., September 2, 2011. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. These are Class B projects with an appeal fee of $2,500 (See classification decision). |
