NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on October 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposals: • CUP2011-07: Applicant: Lane & Betsy Smith requesting a conditional use permit to add a living unit to an existing agriculture/hanger building. The property location is within a portion of Sections 24 & 25, T4N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Husum vicinity) • CUP2011-08: Applicant: Lyons Estate, LLC. Representative: Don Struck requesting a conditional use permit to permit an existing rock pit on 2.9 acres. The property location is within a portion of Section 17, T4N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Husum vicinity). • CUP2011-09: Applicant: Reggie Bartkowski requesting a conditional use permit to create a church summer camp on 200 acres including a 48’ X 80’ building. The property location is within a portion of Section 31, T4N, R18E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity). The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
