Review of Minutes: June 20, 2011 - please recall that the July 18 and August 15 Planning Commission meetings were cancelled. 3. Old Business: No Old Business 4. New Business: No New Public Hearings 5. Workshop: a. Cluster Development - Information from SDS, an "Agricultural Cluster Zone Overlay, and the Planning Commission's most recent draft of the Cluster Agriculture Overlay were sent to Planning Commission members as attachments to a June 28, 2011 memo sent to members. The same information, less the information from SDS, is attached. b. ADU - The ADU is still being reviewed by the committe. 6. Adjornment |
