PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Klickitat County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 1:30 p.m., January 17, 2012, in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Klickitat County Courthouse to hear all interested parties who wish to testify on the following matter: Consider a settlement agreement to settle litigation between Klickitat County and the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation (“Nation”) over the Nation’s appeal of SEPA Threshold Determination 2010-45, on the Husum/BZ Planning Area Update, which includes proposed regulations addressing cultural resource issues. Information is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main Street, Goldendale, Washington 98620, or call (509) 773-5703 to request a copy.
