Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on January 26, 2012 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: • SEP2011-23: Applicant: Stevenson Land Company (Representative: Frank Backus) requesting a Zone Change Permit (ZON2011-01) for a proposal to rezone 128.9 acres from Extensive Agriculture and Forest Resource to Extensive Agriculture and Forest Resource with a Cluster Development Overlay. The proposed site is located within a portion of Section10, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Trout Lake vicinity). • SEP2012-03: Applicant: John Sauter requesting a short plat (SPL2012-01) to subdivide Lot 1 of Gorge View Estates Phase 1 into 4 residential lots. The proposed site is located within a portion of Section 33, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Dallesport vicinity). After review of completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., February 17, 2012. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department. |
