NOTICE INVITATION TO BIDDERS AND AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Klickitat County, Washington until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 28, 2012 and publicly opened and read at 1:30 PM for the purchase of the following: New 4x4 White 4dr SUV, Standard Features The bid price shall include all cost of the equipment offered F.O.B. Goldendale, Washington including sales tax and any other applicable tax. Additionally, the bid price shall include trade in values for a 2006 Dodge Stratus, mileage 13,370 and a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, mileage 74,982. Arrangements to view and test drive the two trade in vehicles can be made by contacting the Planning Department at (509) 773-5703. Sealed bids shall be delivered or mailed to the Planning Department at the reception desk located in Annex 1, mailing address 228 West Main Street MS-CH-17 Goldendale, Washington 98620 until 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside "BID TO BE OPENED AT 1:30 P.M., February 28, 2012, New 4x4 White 4dr SUV, Standard Features” The Board of County Commissioner's reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bids and to accept the one deemed to be in the best interest of the county.
