NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on March 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposals: • CUP2011-12 Applicant: U.S. Cellular/Oregon RSA #2 Representative: David Monselle requesting a conditional use permit to construct a 180 ft. self supporting steel communication tower and a 12 X 24 ft. equipment shelter. The property location is within a portion of Section 29, T4N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Klickitat vicinity). • CUP2011-13 Applicant: Mark Zoller requesting a conditional use permit to construct a zip line to lower rafts to the White Salmon River. The property location is within a portion of Section 35, T5N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (1398 Hwy 141, White Salmon, WA). The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
