Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on February 26, 2004,under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal:  SEP2004-03 Applicant: David Crumpacker requests a rezone of 32.58 acres from Extensive Agriculture (EA20) to General Rural (GR5) zoning designations. The property is located within a portion of Section 7, T3N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Wnuk Road, White Salmon vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments and/or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted by the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620 until March 19, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. |
