Klickitat County Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Determination of Non-significance (DNS) on March 4, 2004, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: SEP2004-06: Applicants: Carl and Linda Teel requesting a short plat to re-divide Lot 1 SP-98-13 into 3 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 36, T4N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Fairway Drive, Husum vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments and/or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted by the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620 until March 26, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. |
