Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on June 15, 2006 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: • SEP2006-22: Applicant: David Calvin requesting a conditional use permit for a dog kennel, for 30 dogs, with six 20’ X 100’ runs. Dogs will be housed in existing barn. Dog runs will be enclosed with 6’ high solid wood fence. The proposal is located on Lots 3 & 4, G-130, within a portion of Section 5, T4N, R17E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (305 Log Cabin Rd, Goldendale vicinity). • SEP2006-26: Applicant Jerry Gaines requesting a conditional use permit and binding site plan for a 10 space, self contained RV park and future 7 space addition with shower/lavatory building. The proposal is located within a portion of Section 6, T5N, R20E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (123 Dot Rd, Bickleton vicinity). • SEP2006-27: Applicant: Wireless Site Tech, LLC, Landowner: Mariah Energy Group (Michael Kitchen) requesting a conditional use permit to install a 150’ lattice communication tower with a pre-fabricated equipment building within a 75’ X 75’ fenced enclosure. The proposed sited is located on Lot 4, SP98-26 within a portion of Section 4, T3N, R18E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (off Hoctor Rd, Goldendale vicinity). After review of completed environmental checklists and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS’s are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., July 7, 2006. Comments shall be submitted to the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 West Main, MS: CH-17, Goldendale, WA 98620; appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office with an appeal fee of $175. |
