Found PropertyThe Klickitat County Sheriff's Office handles abandoned and lost property found within the unincorporated areas of Klickitat County. If you have located property within the city limits of Goldendale, Bingen or White Salmon you must contact the respective police department. To report found property to KCSO, call the dispatch center at 509-773-4545 and request a deputy sheriff. You may also turn in found property at either the Goldendale or White Salmon Sheriff's Offices. You will be asked to sign a form describing the item, location it was found, and whether or not you assert a right to claim the property if the true owner is not located. Found property is handled pursuant to RCW Chapter 63.21. Items found will typically be advertised on this site for a period of two weeks. If you believe KCSO is in possession of your lost property, contact the business office at 509-773-4455 and ask to speak to the evidence custodian. You will be required to provide additional details about the item to sufficiently establish that you are the true owner. Items Currently Listed:- None At This Time -
