1. How do I make a payment on a Superior Court fine?

You can make a payment through our online service at www.officialpayments.com or by calling 1-800-272-9829 and using jurisdiction code 8019.

You can mail a check or money order to: Klickitat County Clerk 205 S Columbus Ave Rm 204 Goldendale, WA 98620

You can come in, in person and pay by credit card or debit card

2. How much are certified copies?

Certified copies are $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 per additional page. If copies are to be mailed back to you, please send a self addressed stamped envelope.

3. How do I obtain certified and non certified documents quickly?

Customers can receive electronically certified documents through a secure website on the internet. This certified document network meets Federal standards of the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act Section 101, (d)(1)(B) and Washington State code RCW 19.34.
Non-certified copies can also be purchased through this secure website.

Customers can use debit/credit cards for payment of copy fees.

4. Can a party appear telephonic?

If a party wants to appear telephonic you must contact the Court Administrator a week before the hearing at (509) 773-5755, to get permission from the Court.

5. Where to get passport photos?

Passport photos can be obtained for a charge at Pat's Place, 105 W. Main St or McCredy Company, 126 W. Main St Goldendale.

Passport photos can be obtained out of town at most Fred Meyer, Walgreens or Costco stores as well.
