AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE Bids will be reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners of Klickitat County, Washington at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at which time they will be publicly read for the purchase of the following: One (1) new backhoe attachment and buckets for a Kubota MX5000DT tractor.
The bid price shall include all cost of the equipment offered F.O.B. Goldendale, Washington including sales tax and any other applicable tax and on site training of the equipment. Specification can be obtained by contacting Klickitat County Building & Grounds at 509-773-3900. Any questions can be directed John Ihrig, Manager. Bids will be received by the Klickitat County Building & Grounds at the reception desk located in the Klickitat County Public Works Department, 115 South Golden Street, mailing address 228 West Main, Mail Stop CH-13, Goldendale, Washington until 1:15 P.M. Tuesday, April 24. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside "Bid to be reviewEd at 1:30 p.m., April 24, 2007, (1) new backhoe attachment and buckets for Kubota MX5000DT tractor. The board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bids and to accept the one deemed to be in the best interest of the county. All erasures or changes shall be initialed. Approved this 20th day of March 2007.
