NOTICE INVITATION TO BIDDERS AND AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Klickitat County, Washington until 1:15 p.m., Tuesday June 19, 2007 at which time they will be opened and publicly read for the purchase of the following: Three (3) Tail Gate Sanders. See attached specifications. The bid price shall include all cost of the equipment offered F.O.B. Goldendale, Washington including sales tax and any other applicable tax. Sealed bids will be received by the Klickitat County Board of County Commissioners at the reception desk located in the Klickitat County Public Works Department, 115 South Golden Street, mailing address 228 West Main, Mail Stop CH-19, Goldendale, Washington until 1:15 P.M. Tuesday March 14, 2006. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside "BID TO BE OPENED AT 1:30 P.M., JUNE 19, 2007, TAIL GATE SANDER” The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bids and after inspection to accept the one deemed to be in the best interest of the county.
